I ordered this for making your sour dough starter. I started it yesterday and it is doing fantastic. I can't wait to try my hand at sour dough bread. It has always been my favorite and I haven't had any for close to 30 years. I can't wait to toast a piece with butter and cinnamon and sugar. Yummmm!!!!

"OBSESSED!!!! - Y'all, when I say I am obsessed with GF Jules flours and products, I have taken it to a whole new level! I am celiac, and it has been so hard to find good gluten-free breads and products, so I haven't been able to enjoy breads or baked goods in ages. After watching several videos on sourdough bread making and researching the best Gf flours, I came across Jules's website and worked up the nerve to give it a go. I experimented with two different recipes/starters, and Jules, hands down, was the best! I have tried all of her flours; my favorites are the AP flour and the Multigrain biscuit flour. I am in LOVE LOVE with the pizza flour. "Gluten free life - I’ve been using gfJules gf flour for several years now I guess. I love it. It’s my favorite gf flour and the only one I use now. I recently tried the new gf multigrain biscuit and breakfast flour. Have so far only made the biscuits a few times. They are on the mark. Additionally I serve them with one of my husbands favorite treats of sausage and gravy and biscuits. He could not tell they were gluten free and he is a gluten eating fellow. Best thing about them….I froze the leftovers individually in sandwich size ziplocks. Took one out when I wanted something different. Both defrosted them via the microwave and at times just let them thaw on the counter. Quality remained the same.. didn’t taste old, or stale or freezer burned. I did this for over a month and they held up beautifully! Go gfJules!!"

I’d love to have a dinner roll recipe using that flour or using the bread mix flour. Do you think that might be possible? I wasn’t sure if I could just use your original pull apart dinner roll recipe and just switch the flour? Also any other recipes that I could use the flour in would be appreciated. But bottom line is, yes it’s a great corn free blend and I’m excited to try it in more recipes."
