How do I use Nada Flour in Recipes?
Use Nada Flour in the same proportion for all your recipes for cakes, cookies, pies, pancakes, tortillas, muffins and quick breads. Nada is not recommended as equal exchange in yeast recipes - see gfJules Grain Free Sandwich Bread Recipe made with Nada Flour for a yeast bread recipe using Nada Flour.
What's the difference between gfJules All Purpose Flour and Nada Flour?
The original gfJules Flour is an all purpose white flour replacement for all purpose wheat flour in every recipe. It is exceptionally light and fine, which is why it is praised by pastry chefs!
Nada Flour is an entirely grain-free, allergen-free, lectin-free, multipurpose baking flour which works as a 1:1 replacement for all purpose wheat flour in most recipes at the same ratio, but has a different texture than bleached white flour. It contains more fiber than gfJules All Purpose Flour and it also contains healthy resistant starches. It is not recommended for most yeast recipes, but Jules has some Nada Flour yeast recipes on her recipe site.
