1 Cup Nada Flour = 110 Grams

gfJules All Purpose Flour v. Nada Flour

The original gfJules Flour is an all purpose white flour replacement for all purpose wheat flour in every recipe. It is exceptionally light and fine, which is why it is praised by pastry chefs! Nada is an entirely grain-free, allergen-free multipurpose baking flour which works as a 1:1 replacement for all purpose wheat flour in most recipes at the same ratio, but has a different texture than bleached white flour. It is not recommended for yeast recipes.
