Because it's heavy duty stainless steel, it's designed to resist warping and is stain, scratch, and rust and corrosion resistant. Designed to bake breads in ovens up to 450°F. The sides are straight and high enough for gluten-free yeast or quick breads. Hand-washing is recommended to extend the product life.
