Really, I've used them all, tried them all, mixed my own, etc, and gfJules truly is the best. This Pancake and Waffle mix pleases EVERYONE, not just GFDF me. It’s a staple of our Waffle Weekends, and now my fam makes ME waffles/pancakes since it’s so simple to open a bag and follow the directions. We use Avocado Oil and So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Drink with great results. A sure hit. Buy in bulk people!!!
