When big brands jumped to exploit the demand for
gluten free products, they sourced the cheapest gluten free ingredient they could buy trainloads of. Cue the rice flour! Jules, on the other hand, developed her 5-flour blend just for herself, to work in ALL of her recipes. It was painstaking, and compared to rice flour, expensive.
